Product Description
Romano Innocenti in ’60s, after having carried out their craft in Florence, he moved to the beautiful hills of Montefiesole. Roman begins a new path, marked by the search for new forms and designs, developing a fusion of traditional ceramic art, linked to the stove, and contemporary art. From this merger comes a distinctive style, unique in its kind, which has become the key element of the Innocents ceramics. Objects, made entirely by hand, are still considered unique pieces of great value, sold in the most prestigious locations around the world. Romano, very good at drawing, conducts its activity thanks to the work of his family: his brother Luigi, deals with the calcatura and cooking, while his wife dabbles in painting. Even the children, Stefano and Massimo, work with them: the first is dedicated to the design and shaping of ceramic and the second deals with research on colors and design. The production of the laboratory from the 70s has been presented in many national and international events and received numerous honors and awards.
