Product Description

Adopt a Chardonnay vine and enjoy a magnum of Pachar and 6,12 or 24 bottles of your own wine.

Our Chardonnay vines are planted in a soil rich in marl and limestone with North/North-East sun exposure.
Part of the vines were planted in 1981 and are trained in guyot, others in 1990 are traine in spurred cord and recently new vines were planted and will start producing the first grapes in 2021.
Each vine produces approximatively 1kg to 1,5kg (for the younger vines) of grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand in small cases around mid September and are crushed softly with the whole stem. The must is then racked at cold temperature and fermented in stainless steel. It is then placed it french oak barrique to achieve the malolactic fermentation and to age for about 8 months. It is bottled between July and August and left to refine at least 2 months in the bottle before release.

Since your wine will not be ready immediately, as soon as you adopt your vine you will receive:
- 1 magnum of Pachar of the actual vintage – as it is the most similar wine to the one produced by your vine
- your adoption certificate
- a fidelity card with special offers and discounts in our Agriturismo and online shop
- a welcome gift
(shipping costs are included in the final price)

When your wine will be ready (around September of the following adoption year) we will contact you to organize either the shipping of your bottles, either stock them for you to pick them up directly at the Estate.
(shipping costs are not included in the final price)
